Salary: $70K-$80K

Shift: Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm

As an Accounting Specialist, you’ll oversee financial records to monitor the organization’s assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other financial activities.

Responsibilities:

• Maintained billing system and generated invoices.
• Perform account reconciliations and manage accounts receivable files.
• Produce monthly financial reports and assist in financial analysis.
• Investigate and resolve irregularities, and monitor collections.
• Track payments, reconcile accounts, and maintain records.
• Manage vendor payments and improve payment processes.
• Analyze accounts and prepare monthly reports.
• Assist in customer interactions and answer phone calls.
• Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and optimization.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
