Job Summary
The Accounting Manager is responsible for supporting the financial processes for assigned units. They ensure the financial statements are a true representation of the financial performance of the units assigned.
Job Requirements
Education
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
Experience
Required: At least five years in Accounting, Revenue Cycle, or a related field.
Skills
Strong leadership and communication skills; must be able to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders and leadership at all levels.
Ability to lead a team in defining and accomplishing key objectives, including ability to identify and remediate barriers.
Ability to work collaboratively while promoting positive and effective working relations.
Ability to coach and assist the development and education of others.
Proficiency in standard Microsoft computer applications and the ability to learn additional applications as needed.
