Accounting Coordinator

Job Description

This position is a 5-month contract to hire that is looking to pay between $17-$20/hr. This position is fully onsite out of Fairfax, VA and is looking to hire asap. This position requires experience with QuickBooks and accounts receivables. Responsibilities: Act as the point of contact between the AP Accounting Team High volume A/R invoicing Make and receive calls, take messages and route correspondence Email branches to follow up on outstanding items or questions Vendor management: facilitate and maintains relationships between organization and vendors Requirements: Accounting/AR experience preferred QuickBooks highly preferred Strong communication and organizational skills required Intermediate Excel experience a plus Experience with credit applications a plus 1099 experience a plus Powered by JazzHR
