Accounting Clerk
Job Description
Overview:
Process transactions for the division.
Responsibilities:
- Process daily transaction paperwork
- Ensure customers get accurately paid and invoiced promptly
- Communicate with other departments to obtain the required information
- Field phone calls from Customers
- Support the marketing department
- Provide customer reports upon request, both internal and external
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong Communication Skills to successfully interact with employees, management, and customers
- Strong writing skills to effectively complete paperwork
- Strong computer skills (working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Ability to establish priorities and manage multiple tasks at once
- Ability to complete assignments in a timely manner with Attention to detail
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Preferred Knowledge of the SAI system
