Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail oriented Accounting Clerk to join our client’s team on a contract basis for approximately 4-6 months. You will be responsible for supporting financial operations by performing a range of clerical and accounting tasks. Your role will involve reconciling accounts, processing transactions, and assisting with financial reporting. Prior experience in an Accounting role is preferred as well as proficiency in Excel and an Accounting ERP.

salary: $23 – $29 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
education: Associate

  • Bank reconciliations
  • Processing Accounts Payable invoices
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Prepare journal entries
  • Prepare financial documents
  • Support Month-end close and year end close process
  • Payroll processing
  • Other duties as assigned
