Schedule & Working Hours:

This is a full-time exempt position scheduled 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. After training, this position will be hybrid, working 3 days per week in the office, 2 days per week from home.

This office is located in South Jordan, UT 84095.

Job description:

OnSite Care is looking for an exceptional Accounting Clerk to join our team in South Jordan, UT. This position is responsible for general accounting duties, with an emphasis on assuring all aspects of accounts receivable and accounts payable (AR & AP) and the general ledger (GL) are addressed appropriately.

The Accounting Clerk will oversee vendor maintenance and account reconciliations, assist in preparing financial statements, and coordinate account matters with other departments and divisions. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
• Proven ability to effectively use accounting/finance software and applications such as QuickBooks, Axiom, Lawson, OnBase, Meditech, etc.
• Proven ability to effectively use O365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Strong collaboration and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
