The ideal candidate should possess a good understanding of accounting procedures and systems. They should also demonstrate excellent communication skills, be a valuable team player, and exhibit a strong desire to learn and progress within the accounting discipline.
Responsibilities:
– Recording financial transactions: This involves entering financial data such as expenses, income, and transactions into accounting software
– Assisting with payroll: The assistant may help with processing payroll, ensuring that employee timecards are accurate and up-to-date
– Managing accounts payable and receivable: The accounting assistant will help manage the company’s accounts payable and receivable by ensuring bills are paid on time and that customers pay their invoices on time
Job Requirements

– 1+ years of customer service experience
