Job Description
Dealership:
L0622 Northeast Finance Center
Dealership Admin
Under close supervision, the Dealership Admin performs a variety of administrative tasks for the purpose of supporting financial processing and control efforts.
This role reports to the Business Manager.
Responsibilities
- Checks in Titles – Receives (in Mail), documents receipt in internal data warehouse, distributes title documentation
- Assists with preparation of paperwork of sales transactions
- Routes invoices for processing
- Performs ad-hoc reviews of misc. documents for accuracy
- Other projects as assigned
Skills and Qualifications

- General familiarity with using office equipment
- General familiarity with using MS Office Suite
- General knowledge of using computers
- Prior office experience preferred, but not required
