As Director of Operations, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the success of our regional operations, working with franchisees, restaurant teams, and senior leadership to uphold brand standards and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Oversee and guide the performance of multiple restaurants, ensuring each location meets or exceeds operational, financial, and guest satisfaction goals.
- Team Development: Lead, coach, and mentor General Managers and restaurant leadership teams to build high-performing, motivated teams.
- Operational Excellence: Monitor and enhance restaurant performance by ensuring compliance with company standards, health and safety regulations, and local policies.
- Financial Management: Drive profitability by analyzing P&L statements, controlling costs, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue.
- Guest Experience: Ensure that all locations consistently deliver outstanding customer service, creating memorable dining experiences.
- Collaboration: Partner with franchisees and corporate teams to align goals, share best practices, and implement new initiatives.
- Innovation & Growth: Champion the adoption of technology and new processes to improve efficiency and customer convenience.
- Community Engagement: Represent the brand positively by fostering relationships with local communities and supporting regional marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in multi-unit restaurant management or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.
- Exceptional ability to lead, inspire, and develop diverse teams.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in P&L management and financial reporting.
- Demonstrated expertise in operations, including compliance, quality assurance, and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with quick-service restaurant technology and tools.
- Ability to travel regionally as required.
