Job Title: LPN Wing Supervisor

Location: Kane, PA

Shift: Nights, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Schedule: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on – 84-hour biweekly pay period

Hourly Rate: $26.00 plus Night Shift Differential of $0.75

Under the direction of the RN Supervisor, the LPN Wing Supervisor will execute the medical care plan, oversee Nursing Assistants, and ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations. Ideal candidates should be passionate about working with residents, demonstrating an ability to manage comprehensive care and support daily.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and record medication and treatments, and monitor conditions like glucose levels
• Transcribe physician’s orders and manage monthly summaries
• Update and review care plans with nursing assistants
• Notify the RN Supervisor of significant changes in resident conditions
• Assist physicians during rounds and collect laboratory specimens
• Manage post-mortem procedures and supervise nursing assistants
• Maintain clean and safe work environments, and conduct staff adjustments to ensure quality resident care

Physical Demands:

• Good physical and mental health
• Knowledge of good body mechanics
• Free of communicable diseases

• BLS
